How can I view ***SPAM*** attached messages in Outlook Express 6?

Solution

Outlook Express 6 has a virus protection feature that has to be adjusted.

WARNING: If you do not subscribe to our anti-virus service or do not have an anti-virus application installed on your computer you are more susceptible to viruses by enabling this feature.

  1. Start Outlook Express
  2. Click Tools on the menu then select Options....
  3. Click the Security tab and uncheck the "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." box.
  4. Restart Outlook Express
